Lost or Stolen Packages
My Package Shows Delivered But Hasn't Arrived
Carriers occasionally scan a package as "Delivered" before it physically arrives at your door. If your tracking shows delivered but your order hasn't appeared yet, please don't worry — this is more common than you might think.
We recommend waiting up to four business days after the delivery scan, then checking the following:
- Check around your delivery location, including any mailroom, parcel locker, or building reception
- Ask neighbors or building management in case it was received on your behalf
- Contact the carrier directly to open an inquiry with your tracking number
- Reach out to us so we can assist and follow up on your behalf
Please note that once a carrier marks a shipment as delivered, Coconu is unable to take responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen at the delivery location. We appreciate your understanding and are always happy to help guide you through the process.
